DEPOSIT; $200-00 To be forwarded within 30 days to reserve your booking or by negotiation. (Schools exempt)

PROGRAM; Please forward a draft copy of your proposed program as soon as possible to enable us to allocate facilities and/or organise instructors for the success of your camp.

FINAL NUMBERS; Must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to camp commencement date.

CANCELLATION; I understand that the YMCA reserves the right to impose the following conditions with regard to cancellation of bookings.

  • If you are unable to proceed with your camp please advise customer service immediately so that the time allocated to your group can be reallocated to another group.
  • Deposits may be transferred to a later camp at the discretion of camp management.

LIABILITY; The YMCA of Brisbane Youth services and its agents and employees do not accept liability for loss of property or damage or personal injury arising from the use of its facilities.YMCA of Brisbane public liability insurance will not cover incidents
occurring as a result of non-YMCA person/s facilitating activities. It is a requirement that groups hold their own public liability insurance in this instance.

What to Bring

Camp Co-ordinators are responsible for the sun safe policy of their group

Special attention should be directed towards

First Aid - each group is responsible for their own First Aid and medication.

Water bottle for each camper -dehydration can set in quickly in the outdoors

Cap or hat, sunscreen & insect repellent REMEMBER:- SLIP, SLOP, SLAP

Campers - Please label all belongings - Old clothes are recommended

DO NOT BRING ANY VALUABLE ITEMS TO CAMP ie mobile phones, gameboys, walkman etc

The camp accepts no responsibility for them

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP - CAMPERS LIST

Mark off as the item is packed – old clothes are recommended – please name all items – Lost property is kept for 1 month
