BOOKINGS
To
make a temporary booking contact Customer Service to reserve your
date. This temporary booking will be held for 30 days (longer by
negotiation)
CONFIRMATION
Your temporary booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed
booking form and/or your deposit.
DEPOSITS
To be forwarded within 30 days to reserve your booking or by negotiation
(Schools exempt). PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES
PAYABLE TO YMCA OF
BRISBANE.
PROGRAM
Please forward a draft copy of your proposed program as soon as
possible to enable us to coordinate your program with other user
groups if necessary, allocate facilities and/or organise instructors
for the success of your camp. All activities not facilitated by
YMCA staff are the responsibility of the user group. Verification
of the facilitator's qualifications / experience is the responsibility
of the group coordinator.
FINAL
NUMBERS Need to be confirmed no later than 7 days prior
to your camp's commencement date.
ARRIVAL
Week Days -
any time after 8.30am ..................Weekends
any
time after 4.00pm on Friday
CANCELLATION
The YMCA reserves the right to impose the following conditions with
regard to cancellation of bookings.
- If you are unable to proceed with
your camp please advise customer service immediately so that the
time allocated to your group can be reallocated to another group.
- Deposits may be transferred to
a later camp at the discretion of camp management.
LIABILITY The YMCA of Brisbane
Youth services and its agents and employees do not accept liability
for loss of property or damage or personal injury arising from the
use of its facilities.YMCA of Brisbane public liability insurance
will not cover incidents occurring as a result of non-YMCA person/s
facilitating activities. It is a requirement that groups hold their
own public liability insurance in this instance.
MINIMUM
NUMBERS: Whilst
there is no minimum to the number of weekend campers attending,
there is a minimum charge for 20 campers.
